HATE IT! This is by far the worst product on the market. The entire system seems like a huge waste of bags - which are expensive, time and energy. I find it crazy go out and buy expensive refills when there are other alternatives. It was hard to put together and hard to use. It regardless of how many times you 'twist and seal' it really never stays. The smell was not that bad, however I literally used Lysol on it every time it was emptied. Overall huge waste of money and I eventually threw it away and started saving the bags the paper comes in everyday and threw the dirty ones away in those.
Serves Its Purpose
After reviewing all of the different diaper clean up systems on the market, I ended up purchasing the Diaper Genie Twistaway. I chose this pail over the others on the market because it was touted as being the most odor free, and easy to maintain. It is very simple to use, and really does the job well. It fits about 15 diapers before you have to empty it, but the clean up is very simple. The bottom of the pail opens, and you simply drop the contents into a trash bag. Your hands will not get dirty when you put dirty diapers into the diaper genie, as long as you remember to fold up the diaper before placing it inside. Once you place the diaper inside, you just twist the top handle three times, and the dirty diaper is safely secured inside the pail. This pail contains the odor 100%. The only thing I smell in my sons room is his baby powder.

Don't bother purchasing this product, in order for it to come close to working you have to push the diaper down 18 inches. The problem with this is that you know you shouldn't have to waste that much plastic to secure each diaper . . . but it sure does work towards making you have to purchase more refills. I plan on using the remainder of my refill then returning or chucking the device.
