Customer Reviews of Piano Serenade
Nina Sometimes words are not to find to describe what you feel. Piano Serenade is one of the most beautiful cd's in the world. Nina is playing with her heart !
Beautiful music beautifully played
This disc and her previous Romantic Piano disc are all of Nina Postolovskaya available to the classical piano music lover. Both discs are jewels and to be treasured for the very sensi- tive playing of wonderful miniatures splendidly recorded. The pianist is obviously a talented intelligent interpreter of the scores she has lovingly presented.
My lament is why are there no recordings since 1995? Such dedicated playing should be more abundantly available. Why are there no recordings
of Mozart sonatas or early Beethoven; the Schubert Impromptus; Chopin's Nocturnes; Rachmaninoff's Preludes; Grieg's Lyric pieces, or the Schumann Fantasiestuecke, Op.12; the Debussy Preludes or Pour le Piano? But Sugo Recording Company should answer that.
For what we have to relish, "Bravo! Bravo!" One can only dream of more!
A fine Pianist.
One of the finest around. Got every CD of hers.
