Cute... the second time I ordered this for my sister when she had her baby. It arrived quickly, boxed very nicely... but when we opened it, it had the wrong name in the "mother" spot. She took it well... joked about how she hoped that "Stacy" knew she had a new baby... Customer Service handled it well. They printed a new one and sent it. I had to remove the old one from the frame and put the new one in. One of the things that bothered me, though, was that the actual background/picture part of it was not the same the second time around. The first one, with the wrong information, was cuter.
Anyway. The finished product does look very nice, but be careful to inspect it for errors in the personalization.
