Performance Now 4.0 I was not happy with this software because I couldn't even load it. I got an error everytime I loaded it and I had tried to load on another computer as well and got the same result. I had to return the product for a return. I was not satisfified with my purchase at all.

Useful tool for Performance evaluations
This software was recommended to our company in a seminar. The software might take longer in some instances to do the performance evaluations. However, it is more thorough and yet flexible enough based on different employee positions to evaluate. The software also provides ways to organize employee notes that can be stored in the software and that can be used for reference when doing an Evaluation.
