All Pedrini LeLillotte silicone bakeware is temperature-resistant from -40 degrees to 482 degrees F, and you can take it directly from the freezer to an electric or gas stove, or microwave. Thermal conductivity of the silicone allows quicker baking times and 20 to 30% lower temperatures than metal bakeware. In addition to snappy cleanup by hand or in the dishwasher, Pedrini moulds bend and roll for easy storage, but always return to their original shape when you're ready to bake. For the best results, place the silicone mould on a baking tray when it's in the oven. Indispensable! I was hesitant in making the switch to silicone, after hearing mixed stories. I am so glad I chose this one. I bake egg muffins in these every week, and they pop right out. Eggs, cheese, cupcakes, nothing has stuck to these. Pop it in the dishwasher, and it's perfectly happy. I use it so much that I haven't even found a "home" for it yet, because it's always in the oven or the dishwasher. I'm ordering a second one, to make large batches easier. I'm going to be getting rid of my metal muffin tin, which after 6 months of merely intermittent use was no longer non-stick.
Everyone should have one
I love this pan and have just ordered another. NOTHING sticks to it, not even low carb baked goods that stick to everything else!
