Customer Reviews of Passage 530 Travel System - Greenleaf
Great travel system My son just turned 5 months old and we are loving this travel system... <

>It was less expensive than its leading competitor (for us) the Quattro Tour. It folds easily (not one handed, but I manage) and it bends to me so it doesnt get on the floor and it makes it that much easy to put in the trunk of my SUV. ITs not at all heavy, but its not lightweight... this is nice because it feels more stable and secure than most lightweights. It manuvers well through crowded malls and holiday ailes. The wheels are rubber and sturdy which makes the ride that much nicer for my son. The Parents tray holds two cups (yes, two averaged sized cups, all of our cups actually fit) and a little compartment for your keys and whatever. The basket is easily accesable and graciously sized, even if the seat is fully reqlined I can get what I need without having to adjust it... AND the seat also sits fully upright. The canopy is large and protects him really well and theres a little "window" so I can see him easily. The brakes are easy to see and I can always put them on and off with my feet, very nice where as some are "hidden" and it makes it difficult to use them. I havent used the childs tray (hes in the carrier still) but it can hold a cup and is quite large, its also easy to open from the outside, yet too difficult to do while inside. The stroller has a nice 5 point harness to keep your little one contained and happy. <

>The carseat is a snugride. Its very safe and probably the best infant carrier availible. It snaps into the base (we have one for each car) and into the stroller effortlessly, yet completely safely! It was easy to install the base into our cars and we even had professionals take a look, it was in very safely... The harness is a 5 point (that should be the standard but sadly there are still mere 3 points out there) and it keeps my little guy safe. The straps dont get tangled and are easy to snap. The carseat isnt all that heavy, I can carry it without wobbling and complaining. The handle is contoured so its easy to hold and its easy to move back and foward for holding and placing in the carseat. This seat DOES NOT fit into shopping carts and restaurant highchairs, we dont mind becuase we can put him in the large basket, and once it gets full we can drop it off at the cashier and get another! The restaurant highchair thing isnt all that terrible, its easy to put him on a chair or even get a little table conected and place him there. <

Great product and great price
We chose the Graco Passage after much research and deliberation. This is our 3rd child and I really wanted a stroller that was affordable but convenient. Originally we were looking at the Graco Quattro Tour but it just seemed huge, even though it had a lot of great features. Here are a few reasons why we choose the Graco Passage vs. the Quattro Tour or a lower priced model:
<
>
<
>- Weight and Manuverability. The stroller weighs less and is easier to manuver. I know what it is like to have a big stroller in a crowd and I wanted to avoid this. I am fairly strong and do not mind the weight of loading a stroller but I do appreciate a lighter stroller
<
>- The seat does recline like the Quattro Tour (although differently) and it allows you to recline it in more than two positions which the lower priced models offer
<
>- The basket is accessible when the carset is in and the stroller seat does not have to be in the highest position to do so.
<
>- Folding. Although it says it is a one-step folding, it potentially requires two hands. However, I like the fact that the stroller folds up towards you vs. folding down to the ground like the Quattro Tour. It is in position to be put in the car rather than me having to bend down and pick it up from the ground.
<
>- The child's tray is a flip tray for easy access
<
>- Price. Lower cost than the Quattro Tour but more expensive than the other models. It is like they put the features we wanted with the price we wanted.

>All in all we are very satisfied with the Graco Passage. We try to buy Graco for all our major baby stuff b/c we've had such positive experiences in the past. Hope this helps!
