Good Luck getting this item serviced or replaced I have had trouble with my unit since I first purchased it 6 months ago and I have not been able to resolve the problem. Pacifica Digital has horrible customer service. The never return your calls, Or answer your emails. When they do they simmply try to put you off in the hopes that you will go away. I have been asking for an RMA number now for over a week and they use a different excuse every time. Wrong fax # wrong Serial number, we never got your information, etc......I can't believe TARGET hasn't done anything to this comapny. I purchasedmy through Target with an extended warrtny and have had nothing but heart ache with this unit. This thing suck. I will be filling a complaint with the BB and Target. ALL BE AWARE STAY AWAY FROM PACIFIC DIGITAL THEY DO NOT SUPPORT THERE PRODUCTS. I habe included a recent email I sne to them for you review. As you can see they have been palying cat and mouse with my for a week now in an effort to avoid giving ma an RMA number. Bad parts about this is I live in SO-CAL and the companies office is in SOCAL. <

Piece of Junk
I bought what I thought was a RETAIL DVD-RW external enclosure but what I got was a BenQ internal drive put in an external encloser that even BenQ wont support ................. Watchout for this guy he's a rippoff artist
Very slow and bad support
I bought it from staples and used it to burn K-media 4*DVD-R. I set the write speed to 4*, but the actual speed is below 1.5. I spent more than one hour to burn one DVD-R. Really slow!! Trying to call their surpport, no body pickup the phone. Sending email but no reply. I am not going to buy their product anymore.
