65 Days of Hell documents DKM on tour throughout the U.S. and Canada. They drink, they skate, they bowl--they play music, too. Behind the Scenes is a rambling look at the band around the world over the course of the years. Finland, Australia, Japan--you name it. The lads have fans wherever they go. Black and Gold is a quickie capturing DMK at a Bruins game. Then you get seven music videos, one ("Barroom Hero") featuring original singer Mike McColgan (replaced by Al Barr), and a short about DKM and their second favorite holiday (Labor Day). On the Road is 260 minutes of bliss for the Dropkick Murphys aficionado. All right everyone, repeat after me: "Let's go, Murphys!" --Kathleen C. Fennessy

Not A Fan? You Will Be! This is simply an amazing DVD. Everything you could ever want is here. If you're a fan of the Murphy's this is the dvd to own. If you're not a fan of the Murphy's, buy this and you will become one before the dvd reaches its lengthy end.
Pretty damn boring.......
I picked this up hoping it would change my opinion of the "new" Dropkick Murphys. I am a big fan of the original line-up with Mike McColgan singing. The album "Do Or Die" is a must-own for any punk or skin in my humble opinion. However, after Mike left the band went downhill fast and turned into bizarre caricature of lucky charms pop-punk that just isn't very good. I've seen them perform live on multiple times and have yet to see anything that would change my opinion. I bought this DVD against my better judgement hoping there would be something in it to explain this insane fascination people have for this band. It didn't happen. The DVD was very boring, live footage with juvenile antics between them. Not very entertaining at all. Buy "Another State Of Mind" instead, a classic punk film about life on the road with real punk bands. I have come to the conclusion that the Dropkicks have become the modern version of "House Of Pain". How sad for a band that in the beginning was so fantastic.
Excellent DVD
This is a great collection of DKM live stuff!
