Customer Reviews of Nature's Lullaby Player
Excellant !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was a definite must have. My 3 month old son gets startled very easily and would wake up 2 maybe 3 times a night. My husband and I would try to let him cry himself back to sleep but after 5 minutes his little wimpers would become wails and sobbing so we would have to get up and console him. After several nights this way I saw the Nature's Lullaby Player and decided to try it out. The first few nights he would still get up but now it was only once or twice. Then the night came when he would startle, wimper and then the Lullaby Player put him back to sleep. Yes!!!! We no longer need to get up with him. My only complaint is that it takes a lot of batteries and the heartbeat could be a little softer sounding (it doesn't sound like it does in the womb).
LOVE IT!
We totally love this. It has wiped out several of our night time wakings. We have the Ocean Wonders Aquarium, which is great for our two year old, but the baby can't turn it on by herself. Beware, though, if you use the voice activation, and your baby actually activates it like ours does, you will go through the batteries. I buy them at Sam's Club and keep a vat of them with a screwdriver in the nursery.
Gee maybe we should have thought of that....
This product would be fantastic but for one big problem...it is almost impossible to replace the batteries. They have the battery case high on the back of the system under the 'hook' with an odd sized screwdriver. After struggling with it for more than a year...with it only working for about a week and then sitting with dead batteries for 3 or 4 months at a time, we are finally throwing it away.
