Misleading The product works OK, just don't expect your invoices to look like the ones on the box. That requires you purchase pre-printed forms ($50-$60 for 250 forms).
Printing (HP Deskjet 862C) on blank paper the invoices look so lame you could have done better with a spreadsheet. Shaded areas print out as big dots even when set to print greyscale or color. Prints black and white only. Except I did get a color logo to print. Did not print JPG or GIF, but did it it to work with pict format. Functionality is good, but don't expect to print "Professonal Invoices" out of the box without spending more money for forms.
Plain and Simple
I have been looking for 3 years for a program that simply does invoices and keeps track of that information.
I didn't need all the bells and whistles that the more expensive book keeping software out there.
The program simply does invoices and estimates and keeps track of the information. It allows you to enter payment info and keep track of who is late and create your own style of invoice.
It's not exportable to other programs, true. If you just need to create and keep track of Invoices this is the most cost effective choice.
Great Invoicing Application
A great little product. We've been using MyInvoices since 1992 starting with a Mac Classic and we now use it on and iMac. We've never had a problem through several system changes. It's simple, flexible, and easy to use.
