The headset's Bluetooth 1.2 compatibility means that you'll enjoy faster connections, better audio quality, adaptive frequency hopping and improved interference rejection (don't worry, it's also compatible with the older Bluetooth 1.1 specification). With up to six hours of talk time, you can converse to your heart's content before you'll need to charge the HS820's internal battery. The headset also has up to 100 hours of standby time, so you're always ready to receive a handsfree call. No matter how fancy or powerful a headset may be, it's not all that useful if it isn't comfortable. Fortunately, the HS820 has comfort covered. The earhook is designed to work on your left or right ear, while an intuitive function menu and comfortable buttons make everyday use a breeze.  Amazon svcks! They sell OEM items w/o making it clear!
I was shocked that when I received it, it has no packaging whatsoever except the shipping box. How can Amazon sell an OEM item without spelling it out clearly??? Amazon really terrible.
 Was not compatible with Treo 650 :(
Wasnt compatible with my Treo 650!m sending it back........ but lately i havn't had any good luck with electronics!! You can trust amazon for its service though!
ECHO ECHO EVERYWHERE
Bought this unit to get rid of the dangling cord I use to attach to my verizon phone. When it was time to renew and I got my new verizon I was convinced by the salesman that this new bluetooth wireless unit was the way to go. I agreed. EVERYONE complains that there is an echo. They can hear an echo of their voice. A real nuisance. From the receiving end it is an excellent unit I can hear who ever I am talking to loud an clear. But the other end is just a bummer. I would not buy this unit until either verizon or motorola figure out why this happens. Very disatisfied.
