upbeat fusion music
it is very energetic, upbeat modern music. it has a lot of middle eastern influence, but has enough western (spanish and pop) influence, that it is accessible to western listeners. traditional moroccan music might not be very accessible to a lot of people, because they are not used to it. unfortunately, i cannot recommend any, because i do not know the names of any artists. though, i have heard it, and it was very reminiscent of classical music of india. if you want a good, classical northern indian musician, search up anything by ravi shankar.

mo'rockin is good for anyone who likes new types of music, and is interested in getting accustomed to a different type of music, but isnt quite ready to go off into a whole different way of listening to music.

i initially didnt buy this album in disney world, because i wanted to get traditional moroccan music, not some fusion thing. but, my family got it (i wasnt with them at the time, they saw it by themselves), and i am glad they did. although i would like traditional moroccan more, these people are very good musicians, and it is not watered down music, like fusions sometimes can be. it is very rich and expressive.
