Good no-nonsense workout This DVD was suggested to me by someone on a fitness blog. It is a DVD but I am still looking for one that shows the form of an exercise and the the muscle group that it works on. Overall this DVD is well worth the money though.
Better than expected
Let's face it: in a 15 minutes workout, you'll never look like the guy on the cover!<
