beware of seller: deals of today
After leaving the negative feedback below, deals of today emailed me and said they would not refund unless I remove the negative feedback warning potential customers(victims as far as I am concerned). They still claim that the item that came in a pasted together box with several components missing is new,how hard is it for anyone to figure out that is a lie!If thier new isn't new I can only imagine how used thier used is since thier so called new doesn't even work. Seller "deals_of_today", aka "amazcentral", aka "greatbuys" and who knows how many other aliases they use to sell under, sells used items as new. I bought what was suppose to be a new wireless keyboard. It was not! It came in a box taped together, no manual, no driver, not even the right packaging inside of the taped together box. I know this because I bought a new one from amazon directly for my mother and it was in the manufacturers box with the instructions and the driver to install so you could use it. I also looked at it new at Best Buy. I emailed the seller several times, they agreed to pay postage back and refund in full but did not do so. They still say the unit is new. Liars! It is so obviously NOT new! New comes in the original box with all the parts. Do not buy from these people. They are not honest.

Backup feature worse than useless
Only backs up a limted set of specified file types. <

shut down machine
After loading it the program completely shutdown my computer. It took several hours to remove the program and get my computer up and running again. Downloaded a free anti virus program from AVG and it works great.
