This Seat Rocks !!!
What a great seat!!! Excellent growth for the long term. I especially like the sides of the seat that offer great side impact protection. Also a five point harness that accomodates a child up to 65lbs and 49" in length. The 5-point harness was super easy to use and adjust. Seat installation was a breeze with the latch system included. <

You Can't Beat This Seat!
I love, love, LOVE this car seat (and so does my son)! Not only does is get the best safety reviews and surpass safety guidelines, but it's extra cozy and functional. My son is very long for his age and he grew out of his infant carrier at 4-and-a-half months. Because he is big, I wanted not only a safe seat but one that would accommodate him for some time. This seat is one of the few (if not the only one) that can hold up to 65 pounds. I also love all the little details - like the Velcro that holds the belts to the side of the seat when he's not in it (so I don't have to fish them out from under him when I first set him down in the seat the next time). And the tangle-free harness really is tangle free! Those with fidgety kids will appreciate that. Also, the seat is so plush and comfortable - keeps little one's happy on long drives. <
>And, of course, the biggest consideration - the safety! You will not find a seat rated better. <

Happy with my car seat
The Marathon is roomy and comfy for my big boy. But the straps on the car seat get twisted alot. I don't care for the rubber things on the straps either, they are annoying. I do feel safe with this car seat and it has a really easy stallation system, I was so happy with the way they latch system (rear facing )works in my car, super easy to put in. And the seat doesn't budge. I had a few questions and called Britax and was surprised to find no 800 number available. I would think that for the high price of their car seats and how many of them they sell they could at least offer their consumers a toll free number for questions. But nope, I was on hold for almost ten minutes waiting for an answer. Other than that I am happy with my choice.
