Wonderful for all generations! This is the greatest chess program! The chess adventure is like nothing else out there. My 5 year old, 7 year old and husband love it! My 5 year old can pass the first 2 levels by himself, and the 7 year old can pass the first 3 levels. They seem pretty satisfied by that. Last summer my husband and father spent our whole week at the beach passing the entire adventure. So it's fun for all ages!
This chess game is good for younger people.
I have played this for several hours, total, now, and I think it would be good for later elementary school, or Jr. High. But as a person in my late 20s, I found it a little difficult to use. The story went from basic moves to advanced ones, it seemed. I can't imagine going through all eight boards in story mode. I can't even pass the second one. This is certainly a title to find out about, but if you're an adult, you'll probably want to go with an alternative like Chessmaster (reviewed well).
Cool Game
Was a christmas gift for my nephew that he asked for...he seems to love it! Besides that, amazon is great.
