Great stroller, unless the wheel falls off and/or you need customer service
This was a great stroller. Smooth ride, comfy for the kids. Seemed like it was well build. Until one day, after only 10 uses, one of the rear wheels fell off. When we contacted Maclaren, they said it would be 2-3 weeks. Fine - but it was late spring. Unfortunately, we had to deal with no running stroller in prime running season. Turns out - 3 months later - still no wheel. And now we can't return it to the store it was purchased at (beyond Babies R Us' refund policy). Customer service still says the wheel should be another week or two, but they've said that the past 2 months. <

When I called Babies R Us, they said I would normally be able to exchange it, but they don't carry it anymore because of the safety issue (although I still see it online). Now, even if I get it fixed, I don't know that I would want my baby riding around in a stroller where the wheel could fall off. <

don't waste your money
I drooled over this stroller-- it matched everything I own. The one on the store floor seemed great. Maclaren is the most respected stroller maunfacturer in the world. Mine actually came with an alignment problem-- the FIRST time I used it. I started researching this product and discovered that the alignment is part of a massive design flaw. Do not waste your $300 on it. I returned it and bought a BOB-- what an exceptional workhorse of a stroller-- love it!

worst stroller ever
We purchased this stroller based on our previous experience with other Maclaren products. Although only six months old this stroller is ready for the trash heap. We've already sent it back to the company once and a month later it is broken again! Very disapointing considering the price ($300!) . It looks very cool but that doesn't really matter if you are unable to use it! <
