Not perfect I wanted a swaddling blanket that would securely stay on my baby and hold his wiggling arms while we breastfeed. I ordered 3 but returned 2 of them because they are just not what I expected. I was hoping for some velcro or something that would secure the blanket as I wrapped the baby. This blanket is a nice double layer of cotton flannel and has a "hood" corner, however... baby has his arms out of the swaddle in less than 1 minute! (baby is approx 10 lbs.). MAYBE this would work with a larger baby. But, I'm back to regular swaddling blankets while I search for the perfect swaddler.

The lullawrap is the only blanket I've found specifically designed for swaddling -- it is super soft, really easy to use. Perfect baby shower gift, particularly for new moms!!
