This very "Madeline"-like over coat is great for times when the little princess wants to feel like a grownup--but comfortably warm one. It’s made with an eye on style more than function, however. It’s fully and thickly lined, for instance, but not really padded. It’ll keep tots 18 months and younger warm enough on mild winter days, but it’s not for more frigid weather.
