For faster, higher-volume needs, you can choose 600 x 600 dpi normal mode or 600 x 300 dpi quick-print mode. The rated speed in the lower resolution is up to 9 pages per minute (ppm) in black and 5 ppm in color.

Make up to 99 copies at 9 ppm in black and 3 ppm in color. Reduce or enlarge from 25 percent to 400 percent in 1 percent increments. The 48-bit flatbed scanner easily scans to fax and to e-mail. Thanks to the unit's hinged lid, you can place bulky objects on the scanning bed, which is ideal for copying books and magazines.
