Love it! I bought this for my son's room, and it is so nice! It's of good quality, WOOD instead of plastic...It has a cute musical note on the pull chain for the light, sometimes it doesn't stay on, but we just use the chain, not pull on the note at the end. I am very happy with this lamp...I only wish it had the giraffe on it....he's my favorite JOhn Lennon character! We had another nursery lamp of a different theme, and this one makes the other look flimsy!

This lamp goes great with the rest of the set. With a 40-watt bulb, it provides a nice low light level for those nighttime feedings. The only problem I have with it is that the shade refuses to stay straight.
cute, but....
We registered for this lamp because we bought the bedding set and thought it was really cute. Plus, we really needed a light in the baby's room. My mother bought it for me and had it shipped directly from Amazon/Babies R Us. When, I openned it up there was a giant scratch in the green paint on the base between the sheep. I exchanged it at Babies R Us. When I got that one home, there was a giant scratch on the side of the base. So, we went back. This time my husband looked at each one in the store -- they were all damaged -- five or six in all. We managed to find one that scratched on the bottom. Someone needs to pack these better.
