Borland's JBuilder Enterprise 3.5 delivers a state-of-the-art set of tools for serious development in Java based on the Enterprise JavaBean (EJB) and CORBA standards. Designed to grow with the needs of your organization, JBuilder works with Linux, Windows NT, and Solaris, offering a host of wizards and high-end features that help make this one of most advanced tools for Java development currently available.

Because the JBuilder programming environment is itself written in Java, it runs on Linux, Windows, and Solaris. This integrated development environment features many wizards that simplify working with EJBs and CORBA (for distributed computing), plus it offers extensive support for programming with databases. The heart of this Enterprise version of JBuilder is the bundled Inprise Application (IAS) Server 4.0, which includes the industrial-strength Visigenic ORB for CORBA support.
