Customer Reviews of Iron Maiden: Live After Death (Two-Disc Set)
The best show ever! I already have this DVD before, I just bought becouse there is the history of the tour and more shows too. <
>For me this is the best show ever, I grew up listening this album, and for this is the great performance of Iron Maiden!
This DOES Contain the Complete Concert
Just a note for those who have suggested that this DVD set does not contain the complete concert because it omits Wrathchild, 22 Acacia Avenue, Children Of The Damned, Die With Your Boots On, and Phantom Of The Opera (which are contained on the 2x CD). Those songs were NOT performed at the Long Beach show (I was there). The recordings of those songs on the 2x CD were made at a show in London (just check the liner notes). Remember that this was 84/85 -- not every show was video taped (at all, much less officially).
Slave to the Power of Maiden
Having seen Iron Maiden perform live in real life, i can say from an educated point of view that this dvd is a great way to pass the time while waiting for them to come on June 2nd. Almost as good as the real thing. As much as a dvd can be compared to a live show. It was the best concert i have ever seen when i saw them, and this movie is truly a testament to their awesomeness. If you love Iron Maiden, get this immediately. I also recommend The History of Iron Maiden Part 1, and Rock in Rio. Not so much their 1992 release Raising Hell though...
