fun this game is good fun. if you prefer more arcade-like games, tho, get Interstate 82. the only things that game has that this doesn't is infinite lives in melee, option to get out of the car, and plenty of bugs...especially in the physics...
this game is fairly realistic, which makes it a lot of funnn

Amazing
This is simply the best damn game I own. I have a PIII 900, so I can play whatever I want, but this is the only game I play on a regular basis. It's just a shame I'82 ... so bad.
One of the Best
I have owned this game for over two years and still play it regularly. This is definatly one of the best car based games you will see for the PC. With the muscle cars, a large weapon selection, great caracters, music, and villans(Octoberfest!) This game is not too easy but not overly difficult either. You get fifteen levels of the main senario, also various melees in which you can customize an impressive collection of cars, trucks, and even a school bus! Want a V-10 in a Gremlin? How about a set of four guided rockets on your Corvette? A blower? Nitrous? The only downfall if there is one is the cars don't have their real factory names. They couldn't get the automaker's permission I guess. For example the Corvette Stingray is the Manta. The Mack truck is the "Moth" truck ect. Other than that, it is well worth the cash for this classic game.
