The only way to play GBA games on the Wii I have had both the Game Boy Player and the Advance Game Port for a long time. <

Just buy the Official Nintendo GBA Player instead.
I just got this and tried to play some of the GBA games I have on it and they don't work. I read the instruction booklet to see why they did not work and it says that it does not work with any of the New GBA games. So if you want to play both Old & New GBA games on your Game Cube, just buy the Official GBA Player made by Nintendo instead.
As good as official Game Boy Player?
I have yet to try Nintendo's Game Boy Player system, so I don't know how game-play compares, but here are some immediately obvious advantages;
