Impact color fax surprised me I downloaded the lite version for a test run and everything worked,except me trying to make it hard. It picked up my modem with no help from me, although I tried. I decided to buy the software to get the extras and it is about flawless. The setup is like outlook express, very easy to use. I receive about 6 faxes a day and they are 20 to 40 pages each, but it did it smoothly. The only problem I have is when I print to anything I have to click the option ( full sheet ) and ok it each time I print or it will give me 3 blank pages between documents.I file them in paperport pro 10. I setup the cover sheet which took a little time to learn, and the fonts are to large. Now then the support, which like everyone else these days are slow ( even though I called and did get help with the print problem ) and wants you to use email support. Never have heard from them, but it only has been a week!! Well for $40.00 I'm very happy. I have had winfax some years ago and had some problems, so I tried BLACKICE. I think this is a winner. 5 stars for the price.
