This canister vacuum is easier to carry than an upright but, with its two-motor system, offers suction that is just as powerful for cleaning either hard floors or carpets. The powered nozzle automatically adjusts to the height of a carpet or floor and has a headlight to light the way. In addition, the nozzle has a two-brush agitator for sucking up double the dirt and brushes on either edge for cleaning along baseboards or picking up dirt that is alongside the vacuum as well as dirt in front of the nozzle’s path. Controls let you select the proper floor surface for cleaning and adjust the amount of suction. For those who suffer from allergies, the PowerMax Supreme has an allergen filtration system that traps 100 percent of dust mites and their eggs and 99.99 percent of ragweed and other common grass pollens. A full bag indicator lets you know when the bag needs replacing. The PowerMax Supreme comes with a 6-inch swiveling hose with a comfortable hand grip and an on-board tool set, including two chrome wands, a crevice tool, a dusting brush, a furniture nozzle, and a wall/floor brush.
