Decent but not quite as advertized. I first tried the punch platinum hiome design 8.0 and was able with great difficulty to draw a set of prints that we built a home from. <

Warning though to people designing basements, make the basement FLOOR 1 and if you use the room wizard use it for the basement. I know the tutorial states you can easily just lower the elevation of the fountation walls to create your basement but as many people have commented with punch products what is stated is not always what happens and in this case your whole first floor including ANY connected interior walls are dropped into the basement. <
