This highchair has an easy-to-adjust harness that holds baby securely throughout the meal and has several height positions to grow with baby. The ergonomic tray glides off the front of the chair with a one-handed squeeze. The tray snaps in around baby but doesn’t get quite close enough to avoid some food spillage on her lap. A removable insert lets toddlers eat finger foods right off the tray and then goes into the dishwasher for hygienic cleaning.
The padded seat is waterproof and easily hoses down after even the messiest meals. Patterned in the subtle Orchard design, the seat cover is printed in a country-style sage green and tan plaid with cranberry trim that blends in with the décor of most kitchens. i love it We just got this today and we tried it out at the store before we bought it, we moved it up and down..reclined it and sat our little one in it. She loved it..we were lucky we got the floor model so we didn't have to hassel with putting it together which was a bonus plus it was $30 dollers less because it was the floor model. I really like how soft the cushion is and how easy it will be to clean. I love that it reclines makes feeding easier. The only thing i wish it had was toys attached to it but other than that it's great and a great value. <

New Design "Update" Makes Tray Very Difficult to Use
In May of 04 I purchased a Harmony high chair from Graco and loved it. Now it's time for our 5 month-old to try food so we purchased another Harmony high chair in October 05. Oops!

>One of the best things about my original high chair is that I can easily remove and adjust the "Smooth Glide Tray" with one hand. As a parent, you know that having both hands empty at the same time is a rare occurance!

>After assembling my new Harmony, I called Graco to let them know that they forgot to include the wheels that make the "smooth glide tray " slide back and forth. I was told that the Graco designers decided that the wheels were no longer necessary. Huh?!?!

>Obviously, the designers have never had children. So with the new "updated" version of the Harmony high chair, you must put your child in the chair, hope s/he stays while you grab both side handles on the tray to attach, and "shove" it into place. The middle one-handed tray release is now useless since the tray no longer slides.

>If you can find one of the older Harmony's with the wheels on the tray, I highly recommend it. But don't bother with the new version-- unless you have three hands.
