Very Poor Quality! I bought this Wine Cellar as a Christmas gift, and have been mortified by the quality of it. When it arrived, there was a 2 inch crack in the upper righthand corner of it. The interior light did not work... it wasn't a bad bulb, because we replaced that. The lock on the door was defective, so that if you locked it, you couldn't unlock it. Luckily, I discovered this before locking our wine in it. The humidity control is nonexistent... it has yet to come below 90%, even though we have the dial set to minimum. We finally got someone out here to look at it with a repair company that Haier uses. He carries no Haier parts with him, though, and just has to relay everything through his company, STAC, to Haier. Then you have to wait 3-5 days for Haier to process the report and decide what to do. They may send replacement parts, or they may opt to replace it. We're still waiting on that verdict. This may just be one defective unit, and the rest could be great, but customer service is definitely lacking. At this point I'm wishing I had gotten one from a store directly vice Amazon because of the convenience of maintenance and returns.
