Customer Reviews of HALO SleepSack Wearable Cotton Blanket - Blue: Medium
Great Product! My son loved to be swaddled, but at around 10 weeks he started getting out of it. We worried that the transition would be hard, but to our surprise, he adjusted right away! Its great knowing that he can't kick it off. My only issue is that I have to make sure he has on long sleeves or he wakes up and his arms are cold. Other than that, this product is great!
A great invention!
A friend of mine introduced me to the sleep sak, and we love it! Much safer than a blanket, and very comfortable for our son. The zipper can get caught every now and then, but otherwise, a product we'll definately use for our next child.
Truly a lifesaver!
When my daughter was a couple months old I would swaddle her in a blanket for nighttime sleeping. One night I heard a muffled sound coming from the monitor and went to check on her. She had kicked her fuzzy fleece blanket up over her face, and was starting to breath quickly to try and get enough oxygen. I don't even want to think about what could have happened if I hadn't heard that sound! The next day I bought a HALO sleepsack, and I've been a big fan ever since. My daughter slept in them (the fleece, flannel, or cotton - depending on the time of year) until she outgrew the large, and I have recommended them to all my friends. Now I have a new baby and he has slept in them from 1 week old (he liked the tightness of a swaddled blanket when he was first born, and wasn't strong enough to kick off the blanket.) With all the info out there on SIDS, and especially with my own scary experience, it helps my peace of mind so much!
