Customer Reviews of Gripmaster Hand/Finger Exerciser
Great little compact exerciser for hands and fingers This is an excellent exerciser for stiff and aching hands and fingers or if you need to build hand or finger strength. If you suffer arthritis in your hands or are suffering from aching or sprained fingers the extra light tension might be best. I find the extra light tension model is ideal for me and gives just enough of a challenge because of arthritis, the pinky is a bit hard for me to press down with though. If you have more hand strength or are a larger or stronger person, a Gripmaster model that provides more resistance may be best. At any rate this is a wonderful exerciser and helps get rid of pain. It is compact, light and portable too!
Light means extremely light
Well made - but extremely light. May be good for physical therapy or a child, not for an adult. I bought all three and even the haviest is pretty light.
Great tool
I'm a beginning guitarist so my fingers (especially the little pinky) are pretty weak so I picked this up to help me improve my finger strength. I can't say anything about my guitar skills but I noticed improvement in my finger strength after a couple of days. Not only that my wrists, which were battered from practicing Aikido, are a lot of stronger as well. I'm female and own the light tension as well as the heavy tension gripmaster because I'm finding the light tension to be weak for my index, middle and ring finger. My pinkies have yet to graduate from the light tension.

>I've had both for a couple of months know and use them a couple times a week and they still work great. The black rubber cushion also is removable and able to fit on the other side of the gripmaster for general hand exercises.
