How tall is it?? Hi, all the great reviews have helped, but can someone tell me how tall the push bar/handle is from the floor, my daughter is 4'3" and I am not sure if this will be tall enough, also it will be for Cabbage Patch vintage dolls up to 20".. is the seat big enough? Thanks in Advance!!

this stroller is so cute! im 12 and i was afraid that its too short but i want to say thanks to the 2 girls that said that they were over 4'11 and could push it with no problem! im 5'2 and the girl below me wrote that she is not much taller than the girl who is 4'11 so we must be about the same height. it looks so real and i cant wait to buy it. Thanks again!
