helpful to children I found this book very helpful to my 7 year old when dealing with the stillborn death of his sibling. Reading it together helped us discuss certain emotions that we would not have brought up on our own. I recomend it for elementary age children.
Sad Isn't Bad
This is another book that I wanted to have in the house for our 3-year-old Grandson, who'd been exposed to death in the family. It was a bit wordy for him but I found myself hoping that his mother would read it to him to allow herself to grieve. So maybe it's better for children that can read themselves.

Sad Isn't Bad answers the questions children have when dealing with death in the immediate family. These questions were asked in some form by a three year old at the death of her Nana. I would recommend this book for parents who are dealing with the death of a loved one.
