Fanservice MUCH??! Still good anime though First of all, as a girl it was kind of offensive to see that the girls are basically sex toys to him. But I thought it was a great series. It was really funny, and was pretty good. My brother picked this up becuase he is a typicall guy (you know guys). Overall the series was about a man who was traveling the country and doing odd jobs, messing up everything, but in the end making everything better than it was (I know its kind of confusing but you will understand when you see it, just be ready for the fanservice). It is rated 17 and older. Although I am a minor under the age of 18 so, it was still really funny and enjoyable to say the least.
Anime + Comedy = GOLDEN BOY!
This is an all around good Anime. It has characters that you just have to like, good english dubbing, adult comedy that you understand, and an all around nice guy who just wants to learn and get some action with the ladies. The adult themes such as the bouncing breasts or the suggestive sexual dialog should not stand in the way of enjoying this show. In fact if you look beyond it all you will understand more and like it.

>The things that Kintaro Oe takes us through with his many part-time jobs are what everyone who is part of the work force can relate to. When starting out at a new job you are given the peon jobs, or you have to adjust to new surroundings by training, following strict protocol, dealing with unappreciative bosses, and also living with the fear that you will fail. Kintaro also shows to us that you can put your heart into anything, and there is no such thing as an unimportant job...it's all a matter of study!

he's no different then an American guy
Kintaro is your typical guy, 25 years who made a stupid move by dropping out of college now taking part time jobs acting goofy, cleaning toilets, gets beat up a lot and all he does is look a beautiful women all of this makes him a big loser. He's an adult now it's time for him to grow up and face reality. Golden Boy may be old which was made back in 1995 but I still like it.
