When we opened the box Christmas morning it was dissapointing to see problems.

>The on off and heat selector was off the top of the grill. There was a crack on the plastic part in the back. I was ready to send it back. But later that day I took agood look at it and found the missing switch and put it back. I then decided to use crazy glue to fix the crack in the plastic. I am sure this was all because of poor shipping. Any way the grill works fine. I am pleased you want a review of products you send. Have a great day, Paul Rupp
