No phone or email support, incrmental backup to CD doesn't work I used GBM Pro version 5 for a few years and was happy with it, however I haven't been able to get version 6 to do an incremental backup after months of trying to work with their tech support, which you can only contact via a form on their website - no phone or email support, which I think is terrible. I can get the full backup to run, but whenever I try an incremental or differential, it fails, telling me "Access Denied" to the original full backup file on the CD. Tech support has not been helpful - they just keep trying to tell me that they think this is because some other program has my files open and trying to sell me the extra product that allows you to backup open files so I keep trying to explain that I can backup all the files just fine if I run a Normal/Full backup and that the Access Denied message is referring to the original backup file, not new files to be backed up - but they don't get it.
