Gauntet Legends will become a classic!
This game is just as good as it's the arcade version. You can have lots of fun playing against endless baddies with up to four of your friends. You and your friends can be four different characters at the start of the game and then earn four more secret characters. Do not expect to beat this game in a single weekend. There are more than THIRTY levels to work your way through and many different types of enemies and traps that make the game challenging. The bosses at the end of the levels are the greatest challenge. The graphics are good and with an expansion pack even better. If you have played the original gauntlet game, imagine the same concept with a totally rendered 3D Environment. Most of all this game is fun! So get together with some friends and have a great time.

Better than it looks
I recently rented Gauntlet Legends and I just have 1 thing to say- it is a lot of fun, HOWEVER the game is only really good with more than 1 person playing. The graphics stink, I must admit, and the sound is even worse, but is one of the best multiplayer games for the N64. The different characters really add something to the game, making each player feel unique, and the amount of stuff you can collect adds a lot, too. The game is definitely not my first choice for a game (Perfect Dark is a million times better), but when 4 players get together the game becomes a true work of art, not an experience because of its graphics, and definitely not for its sound, but because is just simply fun. I suggest anyone who has not played it yet should rent it, because it is a really great game that 4 people can enjoy.
