Customer Reviews of Foreigner Story: Feels Like the Very First Time
Don't waste your money... on this trash!!! This is one of the worst, if not the worst, music DVD's I have ever seen. The sound is horrible (sounds like an AM radio in mono) and most of the footage is grainy and unclear. And they waste movie time by interviewing people like Bud Prager, who is a FORMER manager who was FIRED for stealing money from the band!!!!! Nice, huh? Plus, they are charging $30 for the darn thing!!! I wouldn't pay $3!!!
Don't waste your money...
If you are into Foreigner and are looking for a good DVD, try Foreigner "25 All Access Tonight (my favorite) or Foreigner "Live at Deer Creek". Both are worth the less than $20 that you will spend on them.
Don't waste your money!!!
Overpriced and underdone!!! This movie was poorly transfered from VHS and it shows... And how do they feel they have the right to charge $30 for this movie?!? The concert footage is weak and was poorly shot and the movie has awful sound. And they interview the wrong people like Bud Prager... who wants to here from a former manager who robbed the band of millions of dollars?!? I don't...
Really, unless you need a new expensive "coaster", don't buy this disc!!! I have heard better sound from an AM radio in the woods. One of the worst music DVDs I have ever seen... I turned it off half way through. Anyone who is interested in a Foreigner DVD should check out "Foreigner: 25 All Access Tonight" or "Live At Deer Creek". Both are worlds above this trash...
GREAT DOCUMENTARY ABOUT THE BAND!!!
OK, IF YOU OWN THE FOREIGNER'S FLTFT VHS...THE DVD VERSION IS WELL WORTH THE WAIT!! IT'S GREAT LOOK AT BEHIND THE SCENES OF THE BAND...GREAT INTERVIEWS WITH NOT ONLY LOU GRAMM AND MICK JONES, BUT WITH FORMER MEMBERS SUCH AS IAN MCDONALD,AL GREENWOOD, ED GAGLIARDI, DENNIS ELLIOT AND RICK WILLS. ALSO SPECIAL GUEST COMMENTARY FROM BILLY JOEL!! OH, IT ALSO HAS EXCELLANT CONCERT FOOTAGE!! :D
