Very Readable
This is the first book I have read on living a Gluten Free life style that was easy reading, enjoyable, funny and totally informative. Most books are informative but boring, dry, and hard to stay interested in. This book is different. It is not theory, but practical. It was not written by an observer but by a doer. This book is also a must for a GF family with kids who must live GF.

When told I couldn't have gluten anymore- I didn't know where to begin. This book was great! It helps let you know where there may be gluten hidden and gives great recipes too!
