FABULOUS
This is a fun video for the students to workout. I used it in my music room along for the Music and PE classes for FCAT week so PE wouldn't disturb testing classrooms. I suggest it's only good for upper 3rd graders and up. In fact, some of my 2nd graders begged to try it and could do some of the workouts. Some of the moves are dorky in the children's eyes, but if you encourage them to let loose and have fun, then they will!!! <
