I watch it Everytime its on! Don't know why I haven't added it to my library yet, because it is an all time favorite. It's weird. It's warped. The characters and acting are over the top. Though its not a cartoon, it plays like cartoon characters. Its got romance. Its got impending doom. Its got ancient dudes. Its got a futuristic society. Its got space travel. Its got a really bad villian. Its got Chris Tucker as this WAY out there music star. I guess its got a little of all the things that make a movie entertaining to watch over and over and over again.

The 5th element is one of the best movies I have ever seen (which is saying a lot). I have lost count of the number of times that I have watched it; suffice it to say that it is worth watching. I even liked the blatant advertising by McDonalds in the movie.
Not what i expected
I was rather disappointed when i watched this movie for the first time. It made absolutely no sense whatsoever. They could have at least included a few acid tabs with the DVD. They might have made this pap a little more comprehensible
