excellent font management system Font reserve is intuitive in use and beautiful in form. You can easily organize your fonts into different categories and projects and easily activate and deactivate them with a click.
The preview options are bordering on unlimited - you can type in your own text phrase and then scan through the fonts to see what works best.
My less than perfect rating is for the volitility of the database that holds your preferences. You must back up the Font Reserve database constantly - they don't warn you about this, so I must. The database will go bad, it is only a matter of when, not if. I've had this happen to me several times, eliminating countless hours of categorizing fonts for different projects.
There is no one thing that makes it go bad - it just sometimes happens, so caveat emptor - do daily backups of your FR database or at least each time you make a change or add fonts - otherwise you will be crying alligator tears.
For the rest of the time when it is running flawlessly, it is a joy to use.
