excellent value for people who don't do malls.
Shockingly, this is only one of two available jogging travel systems at the time of writing, and as a result is very difficult to find. Unlike the last reviewer, I think it's a fabulous value in that it provides a high-rated car seat (see baby bargains, consumersearch.com and carseat.org) in a travel system that doesn't cater solely to mall-goers. Why aren't there more of these on the market? This was not my first choice of jogger, but given that my baby is due in the summer, having a jogger that can accomodate a newborn safely was important to me. This was 1) a better value than the only other available jogger travel system (the Graco Leisure Sport is about US$240) and 2) this is by far a more serious piece of jogging equipment than the GLS, which is plasticy and has inferior tires. The Expedition jogger is a bit bulky and doesn't fold particularly compact, but in the end, I'm hoping this gives it some longevity on the trails. Another thing that sold me is that this is one of the few joggers that has a removable child bar on the front for sippy cups and snacks. This seems to be an important element for keeping toddlers happy and engaged. I've handled the system pretty extensively in showrooms, and love the ergonomic handle on the carseat. Also the rigid isofix system is supposed to be excellent in terms of safety and easier to install in LATCH-equipped vehicles than the traditional tether design. Overall I'm looking forward to using this very cool, top-rated and economical system.

Difficult and Inconvenient
My husband and I were looking for a Jogger Travel System that didn't resemble every ordinary Travel System. We wanted a stroller that was sleek, cool and urban looking. We wanted it to resemble our generation as oppose to the traditional strollers.

Although I like my stroller and think its nice looking, it is very difficult to handle.

* The front wheel has to be removed in order to fit inside my trunk.
* Its not easy to fold up and carry.
* You have to push the front seat all the way foward and very straight back in order to give room for the car seat in the back seat. Which makes it very uncomfortable for the front seat passanger.
* You have to lift the front wheel to make turns.
* You have to put something soft on the sholder straps in order to protect the baby from having the straps rub against the babies neck and cause irritations.
* There isn't enough shoulder strap support on the car seat to keep the babies head from flopping foward. This made me especially worried while I was driving and had no one in the back seat to keep the babies head up.

If I would have put more thought into my purchase I would have made sure to look for these things I find difficult and inconvenient.

This is an excellent jogging stroller ! But I will only use it if I know that is all I am going to do and the baby will be in it all day.
Few things that propose a challenge...
~ it is HEAVY!
~it's very bulky for the trunk
~can be difficult to steer
Otherwise, It is an excellent, sturdy stoller!
