This outdoors carrier allows tiny trekkers (up to 40 lbs.) to ride Rocky Mountain high without wearing down Mom or Dad. It aims to keep parents (up to 6’2") cool, comfy, balanced, safe and secure. That’s a tall order, but the included features pull it all off fairly well if used correctly. They include: a 5-point padded harness, 3-position hip belt, adjustable sternum, shoulder and waist straps, "no sweat" mesh back and side panels, reflective "commuter" trim, a removable sun-canopy, rather spacious storage for baby essentials, and more. The carrier is lighter and more convenient than it looks--if a bit skimpy on the padding—because of all the smart straps and belts. Be thankful for them. LOVE IT!!
We love this carrier! We have taken it to two national parks and its been wonderful on hikes. Our two year old is comfortable and shaded. He even fell asleep on our last hike. There is plenty of space for storage. It just comes down to the weight issue. So far just my husband has worn it, he is 6 feet tall and says its comfortable for him to wear and easy to put on.

Great carrier, poor customer service
The carrier is great. No complaints about it. Evenflo, however, leaves something to be desired: we broke the front side-release buckle on the carrier by closing a car door on it. Completely our fault. I contacted Evenflo about a replacement buckle, saying that it was my fault and that I would pay for the replacement and shipping for the buckle. They told me that they do not offer replacement buckles and suggested that I stop using the carrier. Looking around online, I found a replacement buckle for $1.00 CAD. I'm not sure what kind of company recommends throwing away a $120 CAD product because a $1.00 CAD part is broken, but such a suggestion is in my opinion inexcusable. Although they make great products, in the future I won't be using products that are apparently disposable if the tiniest part breaks.

Wonderful carrier
I absolutely LOVE this carrier! For the price, it is very comfortable, and my 7 month old son seems to really like it. I walked 3 miles in it today, and he slept most of the way. Lots of room for adjustment as he grows, and the kickstand makes it very easy to get in & out of by myself. Fantastic product!
