Customer Reviews of Envision EN-770e 17" Flat CRT Monitor
NEVER BUY THIS MONITOR WORKED FOR ABOUT 8 MONTHS, THEN WILL NOT DISPLAY ANYTHING BUT SCRAMBLED LINES AND FUZZ. BOUGHT IT AT STAPLES, AND THEY WOULDN'T WARRANTEE IT FOR OVER 6 MONTHS, SO STUCK BUYING A NEW MONITOR. WILL NEVER BUY AN ENVISION MONITOR OR SHOP AT STAPLES AGAIN. THIS MONITOR IS JUNK!
VERY BAD PRODUCT - NEVER BUY
VERY BAD PRODUCT.- I have EN 985e 19" Flat Monitor
DIGUSTING MONITOR
GEOMETRY IS ALL MESSED UP. I WORK ON 1280 BY 1024 AND MY VERTICAL DISTANCE IS MAXED OUT WITH ATLEAST HALF AN INCH BEFORE THE BORDERS.
It always messes up the geometry whenever I restart my computer. I work on GeForce FX 5200 (256 MB AGP) and still this monitor is the most useless product sold in the American markets.
I strongly suggest NO ENVISION Monitors.
NO WAY
NO WAY
Wasted my money :(
Sigh !!
Doesn't Last
I bought one of these for my wife about a year ago, and within six months the picture had become so fuzzy that text was almost unreadable. Numbers were especially bad, with 5, 6, and 8 looking identical. Shipping charges to send it back would cost nearly as much as the monitor had. There are adjustment screws inside the case, so if you are comfortable braving the "Shock Hazard" warnings on the case, open it up and fix it yourself. I'm keeping it around since I like to tinker with hardware, but it is definitely not a monitor I would recommend for the average user.
