Great Car Seat!
We have owned the Eddie Bauer booster seat for about three weeks now. My daughter is 2 1/2 and weighs 27 pounds - so we are using the 5 point harness. It was easy to install in our minivan and feels extra secure with the LATCH and tether restraints. My daughter loves the 'big kid' seat with cup holder and armrests. The reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars was the minimal padding - although after looking at many seats this seems to be the way most boosters are. I love the Britax Roundabout which has much more padding - but my younger daughter was ready to use that one - so it was time for our oldest to move to the booster style. My daughter is able to nap fine in the Eddie Bauer seat and the belts are easy to adjust with the lever in the front to tighten or loosen straps as needed. So far I am happy with this purchase and my daughter likes it too.

Pretty Good Seat
I bought this seat for my 19 month old. I was thinking, he may be too little for the seat, but he fit the weight requirement. He is 27 pounds, and 33 inches, so I thought, I would give it a try. Really, the main problem was getting into the car. It was kinda confusing, because it has the extra straps, but I figured it out. Drew had a regular car seat, that was given to me by the fire department. His head always flopped forward when sleeping, the straps were forever bent over, and it was HARD to clean. I dont have a problem yet with the straps bending, the cover seems easy to come off, to clean, and his head does not flop forward. My son likes this seat. He loves the cup holder, and can reach it pretty well. We just went on a long trip, and he seemed comfy. Anyways, I would recommend this seat.

not worth the money
This booster seat is very difficult to put into my minivan. If we have to remove one of our two daughters' car seats, it is never this one. The bigger problem is the buckle that goes between your child's legs. It is difficult to latch the two pieces of metal together and then insert them into the buckle. And there is no reason for this kind of latch. It has nothing to do with preventing your child from unlatching it herself. And ours has malfunctioned since we first purchased it. It sticks so that the metal pieces cannot slide into the buckle. Once you finally get that unstuck, it will now stick open so that it doesn't latch. I am afraid to use this seat any longer because I don;'t know what would happen if we were in an accident.
