There are 3 zippered compartments. In the front pocket I have my cellphone (which has it's own velcro pocket), a compact size paper planner / organizer, my keys and some gum. There are two elastic holders which you could use to hold your sunglasses or whatever you choose. In the second pocket there are two wide mesh pockets, which I use for holding diapers. That way I can keep them separate for each child and they don't become unfolded during my travels. In the free space of that compartment, I slip a couple of onesies for my infant. In the third / main compartment there are two mesh pockets on one side and on the other side there is a full nylon pocket. In the mesh pockets I have 2 full size Playtex Nurser bottles. In the nylon pocket I put bibs and burpcloths. In the free space I have a small can of powdered formula, a baby hairbrush, a sippy cup and a couple of small books, and the 'Munchkin Diaper Duck' (for dirty diapers or clothes). I use the zippered waterproof pouch to hold snacks, disposable bibs, silverware... This pouch is also removable. In the rear of the bag, there is a full size, fabric velcro pocket. I use this for my changing pad. When my hands are full, I need easy access. On the side of the bag there are two pockets - one with a velcro flap, and the other with just velcro. I use the pocket with the flap for my lipstick, compact... I use the other pocket to hold my travel size wipe holder - also easy access to wipe up or wipe down any mess.

With all of that stuff - there is still a lot of room. I have been able to pack my Baby Bjorn carrier in the main compartment with no problem. It sits well on my shoulder. One thing that I noticed when I saw the bag in person - the hecker pattern looked gray in the picture. It is actually a metallic, light blue color.

I think I have reached my 1,000 words limit, but if you are looking for a bag that you can pack for everyday, weekend, one or two children - this IS the bag!

Great Diaper Bag!
We had an Eddie Bauer diaper bag with our first child and it was great! My husband and I are so glad we went with this one because it has room for everything and looks fantastic! We have a 2 year old and a new born and there is no problem fitting all of our gear. I really like that it has so many pockets and sections. I like to keep the snacks away from all the diaper stuff for the sake of being sanitary. Plus, I do not like to carry a purse, and my husband always has stuff he needs to throw in the bag. We love having our own section with plenty of room! We haven't cleaned it yet because that is how we destroyed the first one over a year ago. I think it was just how my husband washed it. It looked faded and over used. This time I will handle the wash, and the fabric on this one is different all together! I am very optimistic. Hope this helps!

I love it! It was even better than I expected once it arrived. Great bag for Dad's to carry around, not baby looking at all. Lots of room, great quality, not something that is gonna fall apart after a couple of months. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
