Poor video quality I have tried several different TV tuners while building my Windows Media Center - and this one unfortunatley had to go back to Amazon. The picture quality was signifigantly less than just plugging the cableTV line into the back of the TV.. very grainy. other than that it was fine.. but that was a big issue. i am now trying two Xtasy Theater 550 Pro's and while the picture is MUCH better, the audio level is too low.. you just can't win!
worked great out of the BOX
I have to say that this product is great, I upgraded to the this one from the hauppauge 150mce and I have to say that its nice. No problems installing it and the Nvidia DVD decoder installs great.

Horrible reception
I had this hooked up with digital cable. I tried going through the regular cable line and S-video. Going through the regular cable line resulted in an awfully grainy screen. Going through S-video didn't make it any less grainy, but it completely washed out the color of the signal. All the whites on the screen took over the other colors. Do not go with this card.
