A nice transition from lesson one to lesson two. In order to fully benefit from the instruction, one should first become familiar with the first in the video series: "Discovering Chi: Beginner." Linda Modaro takes us through six of the "eight treasures" Chi Gong movements in this video, which hints at a third video in the series.
The video is well organized, but patience and persistence are a necessary pre-requisite. I recommend at least six months to a year with each video to actually derive some benefit from the Chi Gong exercices.
The video is broken down into two sections - instructional and a follow-along section. The instruction is broken down into detail and each move should be learned thoroughly before proceeding to the next section. The follow-along section (at the beginning of the tape for convenience) is a nice production with appropriate mood and music. Overall, a professional piece of work.
For those individuals with a genuine commitment to learning this beautiful art, this is the video for you. It offers a nice alternative for those of us unable to invest a great deal of time or money into an organized school.
